These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SparkShoot website and AI-powered visual production services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

SparkShoot provides AI-powered visual production services including product photography, AI-generated visuals, ad creatives, and CGI production. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final delivered assets as specified in the project agreement. SparkShoot retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All pre-existing intellectual property, tools, workflows, and methodologies used by SparkShoot remain our exclusive property.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and necessary brand assets. Delays in client input may affect delivery timelines.

Clients warrant that any materials provided to SparkShoot do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Projects typically require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due upon delivery.

Refund policies vary by project stage. Deposits for work already in production are generally non-refundable. Contact us to discuss specific circumstances.

SparkShoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
